and moving up early. This is a strict penalty, but they knew what they were getting in to. There was only 1 vote in the legislature against the bill moving up the primary. The rules florida signed allowed for the possibility of being forced, and required that the democrats put up some kind of resistance. But they did not, they carelessly voted with the republicans to break DNC rules. They get what they deserve.
