who used to work for us in high school. He's served 3 tours and is home with a back injury. The grandson of an old old family friend is there right now. My son's cousin on his father's side was there a few years ago. Luckily we have not had any losses.
And I have to remind people who maybe didn't realize, but Vietnam went on like this for much of the country too. People going about their business, frustrated at the endless war, not knowing how to make it end.
