It is good to see an old man who has been in politics for over four decades be so passionate about this that he tapped into the fountain of youth.

I personally believe Edwards would have had a great chance of winning Ted's endorsement if he did better in Iowa and New Hampshire. Once he lost Iowa he never got another endorsement from a politician and only one newspaper endorsement. He wasn't seen as viable. Remember Bill Bradley? He preferred Edwards but endorsed Obama because Edwards lost Iowa. I think there were many others who did the same.
