As many were older people, I think that in such an area a large amount of voters use absentee ballots.

Precisely because they know the weather in November is often bad.

So due to the absentee vote, I am not sure how much you can tell one way or the other about it.

In fact, nowadays, large numbers of us Democrats vote absentee - people mistakenly believe that that way there is a non-hackable paper ballot.
