But the reality is that while Obama claims he didn't vote for the IWR it's because he wasn't in the Senate at the time so he couldn't. And he's even stated that he didn't know or not whether he would have voted for it, before proclaiming that he wouldn't have done so. Nonetheless all of the statements in the world that he wouldn't have voted for it don't mean jack shit because he wasn't there to do it. He's voted for every funding bill since then so his claim that he wouldn't have voted for the IWR ring very hollow.

I don't approve of the IWR or Hillary's vote on it. But this bizarre idea that some are trying to promote that Hillary Clinton is solely responsible for the Iraq war is beyond reproach. There were 77 people who voted Yea on the IWR so singling out Clinton is bullshit.
