5. The party isn't all that polarized.
DU is polarized. The party is simply having an election for our nomination. That heated contest, by the way, it turning on millions of new voters. This competition is good for us. Democrats are going to be campaigning in the spring in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas... state's our people haven't had to organize and reach out to since 1988!

This contest is the best thing that could happen to us. We'll be a MUCH stronger party in the fall for this experience. And frankly, Republicans are hating it; they hate our enthusiasm, they hate our participation, and they are bitterly jealous of our HUGE voter turn outs.
