40. anti war words.
It is easy to say you would have voted against the war when you never actually had to cast that congressional vote.
He didn't have to listen to the bush sales pitch. He didn't have to make a judgement on the war based on misleading information.
It really is a fairy tale. Bill Clinton had it right. He most likely would have voted present. Seems to be his trend
