How did Drudge get an email circulated by the Clinton campaign if they didn't give it to him?

I finally looked at his site and he is claiming that he has an email. It boils down to this: Is there such an email? If so, how did Drudge get it? The Clinton campaign is not denying the existence of an email. So either someone from her camp gave it to Drudge, or they don't have very good control over information there and Drudge was able to intercept a private message.

Either way, doesn't say much for Clinton's campaign.
