Let's use some common sense. If you disenfranchise people some of them will say fuck you in the general. If even 15% of that 600,000 do that is 90,000 votes. You want to start Michigan down a bunch of votes simply because one candidate opted to fight for disenfranchising it at the convention? The Obama fairy tale is based on a series of "hopes".
