One interesting statistic would be to compare the total party turnouts in those so-called "important" states. Sure, only the Dems have a contested primary now, but how many states are in actual danger of going/staying red for "four more years" of McCain?

I think that Clinton's most impressive accomplishment yesterday was in actually gaining a little ground, despite the perception of momentum going Obama's way. She didn't turn it around, though, and her hopes to take the lead are fading far beyond the reasonable.
