13. Dean had no choice BUT to enforce party rules - that rule was set up by Terry McAuliffe
in 2002. The STATES, including Mi and Fl voted to KEEP that rule in place.

Why do you want to pretend this is all Dean's doing when no party chair can pick and choose the rules to keep.

Who the eff are you to PRETEND otherwise?
