Hillary is talking about 3rd hand information.....where someone else was on 9-11. It is easy to become slightly confused about remembering the exact elements of a past conversation.
This is COMPLETELY different from the Bosnia Lie where Hillary INVENTED a story about HERSELF and HER actions.
