therefore Hillary needs 18.56 of the remaining 26.33 or 70.5% of those remaining and Obama needs 9.88 of 26.33 or 37.5%

Hmmmmmm not good math for Hillary, then there is the minor matter of the DNC members. Given Hillary's record of support for the DNC is it likely that these DNC members will support Hillary? But I suppose the Hillary Clan will be very supportive if, like Superdelegates, the DNC members of this committee vote their consciences.
