That is significant as he will be evaluated by the super-delegates as to what he can do under pressure....he can't close the deal nor win the essential electoral states of the general election in his own Democratic primary. Checkmate, Big Wave of delegates jump onto Senator Clinton's boat to sail up the Potomac to Pennsylvania Ave.
