If that 20% didn't consider race, it could be at 56% right now.
Not to mention how many percent didn't answer the question honestly.
I'm surprised 20% *admitted* that race was a major factor in their decision!

BTW, since only a few precincts are reporting, its not possible that your number is 'at least'. It could go up or down as the night progresses.
