71. A virus can be a grave threat.
Does it follow that a virus isn't tiny? If you have an excellent vaccine that protects you against the virus, then do you conclude that the virus is not a grave threat to anyone?

What methods does Obama propose for dealing with the grave threat? Does he propose the response that terrorists want: over-reaction?

What do you think about Obama's proposal for dealing with the grave threat? Do you think that it is an over-reaction? Do you think that Obama's proposal would be appropriate only if the threat were much greater?
