16. I believe every point you make is correct...and I also believe
most renters were sadly misinformed. Here in Orlando, the local newspaper (The Sentinel) did a pretty decent job of laying out the pros and cons of the issue regarding homeowners. I don't recall seeing a run down as you have offered regarding renters. Yeah, a moment or two of thought would have made it clear that landlords would pass down any increase to their tenants, but I'm not sure that kind of thought took place.
