My daughter is stranded in South Beach/ Sunday 3/25

Lost debit card. Found some friends who are staying at Raleigh Hotel but don't know how long they are staying.

She went to the Music Convention and stayed w/ friends who had gotten a weekly rate. They have returned home. She was going to find a hotel to stay til tuesday because the airfare back here to CA was cheaper on TUes. Found she had lost her debit card.

We tried to make reservations for her but the Queen Anne hotel refused to take reservations over the phone. Hung up on us.

Then she found her friends. I have no idea, as I said, how long they are going to stay.

I called 2-1-1 in Florida but sweet as they were, they had no suggestions. I suggested that she call a church. I hope there is a bank locally where they can issue her a new debit card. Or somewhere where we can wire her some money.

Is there any DU'er in Miami who can give me some suggestions? Churches / agencies to call? Any hotels that won't hang up on me?
