3. Went to a Braley town hall earlier
and 99 pct. of the crowd were very well mannered. There was one incident, nobody seems to know what happened exactly, but the woman was ushered out by the police. There were some good questions, a few of the wing nuts were quite obviously reading from scripts.
In Braley's opening remarks, he mentioned grassley, and someone (me) booed. That got a reaction from some of the crowd with cheers and a couple of guys glared at me. When I glared right back at them, they quickly turned away. Overall though, a well behaved crowd and an educated crowd. In other words, a town hall meeting where ideas and opinions were exchanged, not yelling and screaming at each other. And I met another DUer. So a pretty cool experience.
