10. I don't quite understand the Jindal phenomenon
I never really understood exactly what enamored Jindal so much to the 1st District residents. Obviously, his conservatism is the main reason, but conservative politicians aren't exactly rare.

As far as his intelligence, I wouldn't think that people in St. Tammany and Jefferson would be dazzled by a policy wonk, even if he is as right-wing as can be. Living in Kenner, you would probably agree with me that most people in this area aren't impressed by intellectuals and academics.
