7. She is soft on offenders
Louisiana minimum sentence is 1 yr, with a max of 10 yrs! Super tough. The friggin news "fairy tale story" from WAFB about numerous bills signed in the legislative session is true. Let's see, 1 bill that expunges (wipes out, throws out, makes beleive it never happened) the record of certain first time offenders, real nice. The only bill signed that does anything icreases the time limitation for prosecution to 30 years once the child turns 18. As a citizen here, I know what I'm talking about, I search the legislative sessions, I know who votes for what. I can say this, I don't always agree with Oreilly, but he's right this time, and all Blaco wants to do is raise taxes, period. After passing the Stelly plan, which does away with the state sales tax on food and puts the burden on the working man by raising the income tax, the state must have forgotten to ask the stores to stop charging it, because now theres a crackdown on stores that are still charging it. This is a full two years after passing stelly bill. WHat a friggin' joke, and trust me, the bill was pushed through by both parties, so that's why I'm sick of all their shit! You can tell a politician is lying by his lips moving. They are all the same. They all support the same issue, GETTING REELECTED.
