1. Every auditor's office has the ballots printed. Early voting began Tues.
Anytime during normal business hours anyone can vote at the auditor's office.

Also, this year you do not need a reason to vote absentee. If you live in a rural area and just want to vote by mail, you can. No questions asked. You will, however, need the absentee request notarized or include a copy of your driver's license with the request. If you have questions, here is the list of auditors.
