I live in Burlington, and I've just gotten called by a "pollster" who obviously had an agenda. The first question was "Do you favor giving welfare benefits to illegal aliens?", and, except for a question about property taxes and guns, every other question fixated on Democratic candidates -- esp. Senator Leahy. Were it not a female voice on the other end of the line, I'd have thought it was our illustrious Vice President exploring yet another way to communicate "go F yourself" ;)
When I didn't answer in the way that the "pollster" wanted me to, the "pollster" sounded audibly shocked, and seemed to try to elicit a change of response from me.
My caller ID said the call originated from "CTC", at 815-748-4038
