24. USC and Florida have dominated the last three years..........
Florida having finished #3 this year, #1 last year and #2 the year prior. USC's last 3 groups have ranked about the same. Also, Florida, unlike many schools, has not lost a single recruit in 3 seasons to not qualifying academically. Many schools, lose many which makes these early rankings meaningless. Florida state, for example has been ranked high in Feb. the last 3 seasons yet have lost 13 players to non qualifying.

By most accounts Miami will lose 3 to 5 highly ranked guys thus making their class ranking bogus.
