Issues? As in pre-pregnancy?

Most child birth deaths are caused by deep vein thrombosis and high blood pressure http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/35767920/ns/health-pregnancy/

It is pretty treatable in most cases. Lack of prenatal care plays a big part. Planned Parenthood is essential to the life of mothers and babies so it is dumb "pro-life" attacks them.
