This is simply a lie, a cheap public relations move. The program is quite public, it's easy to compare what it does to what it says.

They're programmed (not educated) in corporate ideology. If you don't pass THAT part of the training, you don't get to be TFA. But how good you are as a teacher is pretty much irrelevant, because their job is TRAINING, not TEACHING.
