The article quite clearly contradicts the headline. Surprise, the MSM uses a misleading headline. What a shock.

And, yet, people latch right on to it and don't actually read the content. The Pentagon very clearly stated, right in your own quote, that they understand that Obama wants it repealed, but there are no IMMEDIATE developments.

Could not be any clearer.

Again, how does that make Obama a liar? They've had preliminary discussions. "No immediate developments" does not equate to "not working on it."

We are also not privy to conversations that Obama may be having with members of Congress, etc.
