and it suggests that there may be a way which does not require needles. This was the hardest piece of the puzzle when I lived in West Africa. The fact that there were just no clean needles. One needle would be used again and again and under the conditions that were common in villages- where the mortality was highest from this diarrhea - they were not adequately sterilized.
