this post, is to force them to test each production batch to make sure it contains what they claim it does and in the claimed quantities isn't a problem that I know of! I worked for 13 years for a suplement mfg. and NOTHING left out plant without going through a batch test in the lab to insure all of that.

I'm sure no fan of the FDA, but I don't see any problem with this ruling. Unless there's more to it than I now understand, it sounds fine.

I'm sorry if some small businesses might not be able to survive with this new requirement, but if they can't even test their product to insure conformance with their claims, then they shouldn't be in that business at all.
