Our view: Judicial Watch cries conflict of interest, but conservative organization was mum about Cheney-Scalia duck hunt

A few years ago, Judicial Watch and the Sierra Club brought suit against Vice President Dick Cheney to force him to reveal the names of those who met with his energy task force ... Three weeks after the high court agreed to hear the case, Justice Scalia and Cheney went on a duck-hunting vacation together ... Judicial Watch .. should have been outraged (since it is apparently very concerned with potential conflicts of interest) ...
