We both use Hugo walkers, and they are helpful. Had a ramp built out back to the deck into the house. Stairs are not for either of us, but he is a trooper and does the laundry downstairs.

"I'm happy by nature, so I do know it will all be ok."

Me also, but pain does take it's toll and I can be a crabass at times.
