13. Do you eat cruciferous vegetables?
These are the cabbage family veggies, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, bok choy and of course the many cabbages available. There has been some studies on these vegetables, which indicate that they could protect you from cancer. You would have to eat some form of them on a daily basis. I eat coleslaw a lot and throw broccoli and the others into salads as well as eating them as a side dish.

Other than this, I do believe a positive attitude and keeping calm can help you immensely. Do aromatherapy and meditation to reach these goals.

I hope everything work out for you and that this is just a false scare.
