It is not so much the medicine, although I'm sure they have it. But it is also neglect. Their "handlers" are often off of the job. It's as though it doesn't matter so much. Bush is finished. I saw it in his eyes and his behavior during the SOTU address. He couldn't wait for the speech to be over with. He nearly leaped off the podium. He has no hope of salvaging his reputation. And McCain knows he is toast, as well.
