Senator Kerry does look good in blue so he probably hears "wear the blue tie" often! Love that blue suit too.
I'm very happy for him. This award must have made him pretty good during a time when he was undoubtedly taking flak from other senators over the filibuster effort. Let him know that there are a lot of folks out here that appreciate his courage and hard work.
