3. I love the amount of color you've used to give depth to a basically monochromatic subject.
I know it's a fairly standard painting technique, but I've retained my sense of wonder every time I see it. I'm a big fan of color and texture (and the methods through which they can be employed to add a third dimension to a 2D construct).
