10. I have seen this before, but this is what it tells me:
Maintenance:
4212 Calories/day

Fat Loss:
3640 Calories/day

Extreme Fat Loss:
3640 Calories/day

And this is entering my real age (37), real height (6' 2"), and real weight (455), with exercise at 3 times per week. I would imagine that if I ordered a large pizza at 500 calories a slice that I could manage my 4000 calories in a day if I ate the whole pizza, but that is the kind of thing I'm trying to steadfastly avoid. With the foods I'm choosing now, I would feel constantly bloated if I even consumed 3,000 calories a day. I will revise my goal to 1800 a day, with one day where I can have all the sandwiches or other "healthy" food choices I can eat without feeling overstuffed. But I think the kind of numbers being proposed by that calculator are more like what have put me where I am. Could it be that once you surpass a certain size, the model breaks down and the numbers just don't jibe?
