I just got off the bike after 15 minutes, which is almost 5 minutes longer than yesterday, and this was after a mentally tiring and long day of work. And, not only did I do 15 minutes BUT I also turned the resistance up from level 2 to level 3 (out of 8) for most of the ride. I covered 7.2 km according to the readout. I got into a bad mood about the foot today and decided to take it out on something that may help me rather than getting despondent. I am seriously worried about my second toe and wondering in the back of my scattered brain if I'm not going to end up losing it. They're telling me I'm almost certainly going to be okay. I just hope they're right.
Time for some more soup and then a good scrubdown. We are going to have some of Trader Joe's white cheddar macaroni with very generous helpings of broccoli mixed in to take to work tomorrow. I dunno, I think it would taste quite good. We'll see anyway.... :evilgrin: I go for 16-17 minutes tomorrow, even if it's on a lower tension setting. The time is more important than the resistance at this point anyway. Laters! :hi:
