20. Not really.
I get plenty of solid food. For example, I just ate a few bites of a leftover sandwich and a nice-sized container of macaroni and broccoli. I should be fine until lunch when I will have more of the mac and broccoli. If, tonight, I am hungry when I get home, I will have soup because for only about 400 calories I can have two bowls of it and I will be satisfied without feeling bloated. There is quite a bit of sodium in that, but my total consumption is still well below the national average at 2000 - 3000 mg per day. The liquid is great for filling you up without excess calories, and once I can afford to replenish my supply of SuperGreens I will be drinking a lot of that, but it's not really a "liquid diet" I'm on. I really don't think I could do that.
