Court's eyes, especially when you take into the account of all of the current cases that are already docketed for a specified date, add Defense and Pros. wrangling/reasons and hence you have a Libby trial 11 months into the future. Actually I am kind of surprised that they got this one up so quickly with all of the variables. Also the closer to 2008 the better shot of us getting back the WH. Lastly I feel that the Darth Cheney/Rover indictment drums are beginning to beat based on some of the headlines that have come out in the last few days, so over the next months we will see more and more media coverage.
Peace we'll get these crooks in due time.
