money and power can get you out of anything.

I'm too young for Chapaquiddic, but from what I know, I think what kennedy did was wrong, and he should've at least been charged with more than leaving the scene. The repukes created a scandal out of it, which they still invoke today. In fact, that dog-faced prick Mike gallagher tried to use it last night. Glaring hypocrisy there, though, and that 's why we should be prepared to shove it right up their ass.

1. Cheney shot a guy in his face
2. Cheney did not inform local law enforcement, but rather had his SS goons keep them away until the next day.
3. Cheney was probably intoxicated (a charge he denies, much like Chappa)
4. Cheney did not inform the POTUS
5. CHeney had the ranch owner tell the local newspaper, not the press corps


plus many more foggy details and holes. and lies.
