The man without a heart, and who suffers from near fatal heart problems, shoots a man on the Valentine's day weekend, who has a heart attack because some of the pellets grazed his heart. The reason, described as an accident, is evolving into the story of a jealous lover who under the influence of alcohol shot the man who might have been flirting with his girlfriend.

I mean if you were a believer in karma, or what goes around comes around, this seems to be shaping up into a real Greek tragedy, where the gods take revenge on a man who has displeased them and they do it on a particularly auspicious date on our calendar, a holiday celebrating love and using hearts as a symbol to drive the point home. (Sorry for the pun.)
