who have 5 or more kids to get a bigger check, which they come pick up at the welfare office in a late-model Cadillac, then go buy cases of 40 oz. beer with their food stamps.
I think a lot of repukes actually believe this to be the norm.
They also think that about 30% or more of the federal budget is spent on welfare and food stamps, when it's really an almost insignificant amount.
