And the NSA program was NOT "lawful," or "within his constitutional and statutory power."

Show me where in the Constitution it says, "The President may ignore the 1st, 4th, 5th and 6th Amendments, along with the provision for habeas corpus, when he feels like it after creating a phoney-baloney perpetual 'war.'" For some reason I can't find that provision.

Can any of the lawyers on DU help me find it?
