3. No it's not irony
If you consider how the bible has been a social control programming tool exploiting ancient archetypes,of the collective unconscious, exploiting hope for a new life, while this one here sucks, and the dark emotions like jealousy vengeance, and human narcissism.

The rewards of heaven( being a lord priest king and smashing enemies forever like clay pots) are a psychopaths wet dream as is the Apocalypse.

These tyrants are following the unconscious and conscious scripts of their own fantasies and acting out the parts, they are "creating realities" all to dominate the reality they cannot handle, and traumatize and hurt the world because it is NOT like THEM, and so they can get off on it's suffering fear and submission.

Francis Bacon's pathology of control and domination saturates his'philosophies' His kind of thinking, has condemned us to living in a mechanized ,utilitarian, hierarchical, world in which nature and wildness, freedom to be, itself, has been made into an object to be dominated, pried apart, controlled harnessed and ridden, and 'no obstacles' have been left to stop this compulsive rational sounding irrational demand for nature's freedom to fall into 'compliance with the world's rulers' and 'the enslavement of our nature into "order".'
