42. Pleading the 5th
As Secretary of State (or any other office the President would appoint her too) she legally CANT plead the 5th ammendment. As a private citizen she can.

It means that the only way she can refuse to testify is to resign, or just refuse and go to jail until she does testify. If she is jailed for refusing to testify thats grounds for her to be removed as Secretary of State since she cant perform her duties in prison either.....so really her only choice would be to resign or start talking.

The great thing though, is that once she does resign she's out for good, because if Bush later tried to reappoint her in any capacity, and she started pulling another government paycheck she could be subpeoned again to testify again.

So you know, cross your fingers.........
