It's usually much more entertaining than anything you might see in American politics. I remember a few years ago when one of the Ministers asked Tony Blair a question which he promptly avoided with some bullshit answer that didn't really address the question. Not much of a surprise for a politician to do that, but when the next Minister had his turn to ask a question he said (I'm paraphrasing here), "I have only one question. Are you going to answer his question?" (Referring to the previously inadequately answered question.) 'Twas a beautiful thing. I wish we would see things like that in the U.S.

BTW - I have seen Bush allow follow up questions, but certainly not when he doesn't like the original one.
