You must acknowledge that change has occurred, no?
That's not to say that it is done either.
It just seems like whenever we talk about racial problems in this country, we go back to the 60's.
Today's racial problems are more difficult & abstract.

Like equal pay across racial & gender lines ...
For example, it is hard to compare apples to apples when talking about white collar jobs.
Does each candidate have equal education, experience, and performance? It is hard to judge.
Why, I don't even know how much the guy in the next cubical is making (nor should I.)
It is easy to look at blanket statistics and interpret them how you wish. It is a much harder
job to be able to pinpoint what is an infringement of an individuals civil rights.

If the boss is discriminating, shame on him. He should be called on it absolutely! However, it is tough to prove.
Today's change MUST occur in the hearts and minds of us ALL, and that begins with civility.
