6. torepedoes can be fired from surface ships fairly easily.
Heck helicopters can drop these really nasty Mk 50's into the water which are designed to punch a nice perfect circle into the hull. But in this case taking a cue from Somalia might actually be more efficient, a bunch of AK-47 wielding boarders can do a LOT of damage to a ship.
