political discussion to the airwaves. Both made good points. I love Barney Frank, he's a scrapper, and there's nothing more fun than watching him on the floor of Congress taking apart some dumb Republicans. But he's been in DC a long time and it's good for him to hear from someone as intelligent as Ralph Nader saying the things we would say to Congress if they would listen. Ralph asked the questions most of us would have asked. And he had done his homework, he knew how Barney had voted and was informed on all the legislation including loopholes that Congress often leaves open, most likely deliberately.

I would like to hear Barney's response to Ralph's last statement about the loopholes. But couldn't find Part 11. That is a very important question and Congress needs to know they are being watched and cannot get away with leaving doors open for corruption.

This is a role Nader could play. Barney is used to being attacked, especially by Republicans. I think he loves the fight, even loves taking on the wingnuts like O'Reilly.

Compare this debate to anything seen on Fox or even CNN. I would pay for cable if this was the kind of intelligent discussion we could expect.
