No, she didn't. She broke the law, and got probation. Then she thumbed her nose at the law and broke her probabation. Then she TRIED to use her connections to get special treatment. The judge didn't give her a "sentence far harsher" than anyone else, he simply refused to show her special treatment.

She's crying because she thought she could do whatever she wants and "mommy and daddy" would fix it for her. She instead got a dose of reality, which is what she needed.

I am happy because justice was served. If taht makes poor little privileged rich girl cry, then that's her problem and she needs to grow up. Maybe this will help her grow up and face reality.
